Once the footwear market potential of a fashion brand has been analyzed and confirmed, a designated product development will be assembled for the brand.

The HMS has at its disposal a comprehensive organization, consisting of designers, modelers, footwear technicians, product sourcing capacities, quality controllers and logistics specialists, which enable Hamm to carry out licensing projects in an integrated fashion. A designated team of designers constitutes the creative bridge between the brand and its future footwear collection.
